Speeches & keynotes
From the all-hands to the conference stage: speeches that sound like you on your best day, written to be spoken, not read.
Turn your thoughts into a speech, an interview answer or an article in your voice, without writing a word.
Always your name on it.
For leaders who have plenty to say and no time to write it.
First drafts within two or three working days, guaranteed, and faster when it’s needed, by agreement.
Every figure, name and claim is verified before it reaches you, so nothing comes back to bite you on stage or on air.
Talk it through, send notes, or forward a messy email thread. I’ll turn it into whatever you need.
From the all-hands to the conference stage: speeches that sound like you on your best day, written to be spoken, not read.
Briefing notes, likely questions, key messages and rehearsal. Walk in prepared, walk out remembered.
Board, investor and conference decks with speaker notes written for the room.
Posts, articles and opinion pieces on a steady rhythm to build your profile.
Leadership updates, intranet articles and newsletters people actually read to the end.
White papers, technical papers and conference submissions, turned from expert notes into clear, credible prose.
For the once-in-a-while moments: announcement sequences, manager talking points and rollout. Scoped and quoted as projects.
Every engagement is covered by a confidentiality agreement as standard. Drafts go to you and the people you name, and nobody else.
I never list clients, and I never claim the work. Nobody needs to know.
A fixed monthly allowance of senior hours, for one executive or a leadership team of up to three. Mix speeches, interview prep, decks and articles as the month demands.
For one leader who needs a steady voice, month in, month out.
For leadership teams with a busy calendar and a lot to say.
One project at a time, from a single keynote to a full reorganisation.
All prices exclude VAT (MVA). Retainers run for a minimum of three months, then continue monthly with one month’s notice. Unused hours beyond the rollover allowance expire at month end. Turnaround times apply to standard pieces from a complete brief. Faster delivery is by written confirmation only and counts at 1.5× hours. Full terms are set out in the client agreement.
A short conversation, voice note or bullet list: the audience, the tone, and the message you want to leave behind.
A fact-checked first draft in your voice, structured for the room, the screen or the feed it’s headed for.
Two rounds of revisions, then a final version ready to deliver, publish or send.
I have spent close to a decade writing the words that other people say: CEO speeches, interview preparation, thought leadership, media statements and the decks that keep large organisations pointed in the same direction.
My background spans B2B technology and the energy sector. I work fast, I check everything, and I take on every brief with the same rule: the room should remember the message, not the writer.
Tell me what’s coming up: a keynote, a tough interview, a leadership briefing. I reply within one working day.
